    Nestled in a location where you have it all.
    Total bush behind you, river behind you.
    15 minute walk to the river with several different walking tracks.
    5-10 minute walk into town.
    5-10 minute walk to train station.
    2 minute drive to East boat ramp.
    Excellent restaurants,pubs and cafes.

    1 parking spot under carport and enough space for boat parking and up to 3 cars.
    Off road parking as well.
    Bedroom 1: Queen bed, walk in robe, ensuite, electric blanket
    Bedroom 2: Queen bed, single trundle, wardrobe,electric blanket
    Bedroom 3: Bunk, double & single top, wardrobe.
    Each room has ceiling fans.

    Linen and towels provided.
