Nice very comfortable furnished T2 of 36m² with magnificent sea view, for 2 with mezzanine bedroom
T2 on the ground floor of our villa located in the middle of a masked park of 4500m², very quiet.
2 beautiful private terraces. One, facing west, with panoramic views of the Gulf of Ajaccio and the Sanguinaires Islands and one in a pretty patio.
Beautiful swimming pool, solarium and garden of scrub and fruit trees available.
Private parking.

Super séjour
Le logement est superbe, très propre, bien entretenu, conforme à la description. Il n'y manque rien et la vue est splendide. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et y retournerions les yeux fermés. Isabelle vous donnera pleins d'astuces et les coins à ne pas manquer selon ce que vous aimez !

Grandioser Ausblick in geschmackvollem Ambiente
Eine sehr gepflegte, geschmackvoll eingerichtete und zweckmäßige Ferienwohnung, die durch den riesigen Balkon und einen unglaublichen Blick über die Bucht von Ajaccio besticht. Das ganze Anwesen und der Pool sind in einem topp Zustand. Es waren herrliche Tage.

Superbe adresse !
belle situation et bonne base pour visiter la région d'Ajaccio belle terrasse avec un panorama incroyable. Il y a de très bons restaurants à proximité, donc vous n'avez pas à cuisiner. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et donnent de nombreux conseils sur ce qu'il y a à faire dans la région.

Piacevolissimo soggiorno con vista super!!!
La casa è davvero bella, recentemente rifinita, bagno nuovissimo con doccia spaziosa, il soffitto altissimo rendono la casa molto più grande di quella che è, comoda, tutti i confort, letto comodo, aggiungerei magari un’alta di armadio perché lo spazio soprattutto da appendere non è molto, ma ci sono parecchi cassetti. La cosa più bella è la terrazza con una vista superlativa, non solo di giorno e al tramonto ma di notte per la miriade di stelle visibili anche la Via Lattea! Davvero impareggiabile. I proprietari sono gentilissimi con un forte senso della privacy che ti lasciano, la piscina è la ciliegina sulla torta! In dieci minuti si arriva al mare più vicino e ad Ajaccio. Consigliatissima e speriamo davvero di tornare!!! Merci becaup Isabelle et Emmanuel!
