"First time in Innsbruck for a long time and pleased I got to stay at this hotel. Ease of travel to city was very good and I was given a bus pass for the duration of my stay. Particularly enjoyed the trip to old town Hall. Would stay here again if ever I was to travel to Innsbruck. Overall very pleased with my experience. "

"Wonderful hotel with everything you need during your stay. A good selection as breakfast and multiple dining options in the evening. The gym is very well equipped and the sauna/wellness centre is spacious and quiet. Staff were very kind and helpful and service in the restaurants was good. The views from the room were stunning. "Wonderful facility. Rooms are really nice. Great staff and a nice restaurant on site. Cool view of the mountains,

jump and Inn River. It’s a bit of a far walk to the city center, but the bus stop is right out front and very convenient. Thanks for a great stay!"

"The hotel is absolutely lovely, the food is exquisite, the wellness is wonderful! I think the only point I think could be a bit better was the view from my room. I’ve booked panoramic lake view and got a room at second floor, so it was not the most perfect. But all the rest was. I can only recommend it."
