  • Welcome to this cozy cottage right by the water in Øer Maritime Ferieby. The canal glistens in front of the terrace, and your own boat dock offers morning swims and paddleboard trips between the seven islands. Here, there is room for both togetherness and contemplation, with sun all day long and the most beautiful view of the water.



    The living room, which is open to the kitchen, is the heart of the house, where you can gather around the wood-burning stove, enjoy good meals, and spend cozy moments together. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and two lofts, perfect for an afternoon nap or a quiet moment with a book.



    The terrace is right by the water, and from your private boat dock, you can jump straight into the canal or take paddleboards out for a trip. The terrace and garden offer privacy, but also invite you to enjoy the cozy community of Øer Maritime Ferieby.
