The Grand Carriage Townhouse is within one mile of Downtown Eau Claire's shops, restaurants, and bars. It's also a 10-minute drive to the music festival grounds (Eaux Claires, Blue Ox, Country Jam) and a 5-minute drive to the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. This newly remodeled apartment is full of character and amenities including a small patio. We have a gas grill upon quest.
