DO NOT STAY HERE! The moment I drove into the parking lot, I knew I made a huge mistake. The three main reasons I chose the Regency were the pool, free breakfast, and a safe place to sleep. I got none of those. The pool was closed. We were told there was no breakfast. And the rooms were in such disrepair that it felt unsafe.

Run down. No toilet paper in the room. Missing light bulbs. Pool and hot tub were nonfunctional and looked like it had been that way for a long time. No breakfast. Electric sockets hanging out from walls. Water didn’t drain from tub…the entire place smelled of smoke…I could go on. Do not be deceived by outdated pictures.

The pool had algae in it. There was seamen on the sheets There were cigarette burn holes on the sheets & floor. I walked out & found a better place. Unfortunately I can’t get a refund. I recommend Expedia drop this place

Tweaker hub, beware and stay out. Rooms are not clean, cigarette burns in furniture and to many chemicals used on everything. This place was supposed to be condemned two months before we stayed. I can’t believe we payed almost $70 for this dump to only walk out 5 minutes in. DO NOT STAY HERE

Room is clean and bed comfortable. I was very happy that they allowed my dog to stay in the room with me.I was disappointed that the pool was dirty and not taken care of as i had been looking forward to a swim. The motel needs paint and basic repairs.

Stay at your own risk! Pictures posted must be very old! Our room was not available (since "none of the double queen rooms had been cleaned"). No lightbulb in the lamp, so room was dark. Vanity was rotting on the bottom. Jaccuzi had missing parts (jet covers/dials), towels were stained (but front desk staff gave us newer/nicer towels that were not so bad). Pool is not heated, very.. very cold water! No kid would swim in that! Water in the pool is stagnant, looks like the surface needs scimming. Big jaccuzzi has NO water in it... but even with water.. you'd be taking your chances. Right away, encountered 2 drunk men carrying bottles of booze walking around the motel. People played pool right outside our room and had their music so loud I could tell what the rappers were saying while trying to sleep. Place smeels like Marijuana.. everywhere!! No complimentary breakfast (though that's what is advertised). There is a reason it is so cheap!!!! YOU ARE NOT PAYING FOR SAFETY AT THIS MOTEL!!!!!!!! ROOM DOORS CAN EASILY BE KICKED IN ALSO!!! Expedia needs to intervene BIG TIME on this place!!!!

Check-in Hostess was mumbling, the room we reserved was no longer available, the room next to the pool was noisy all night long! No cups in the room, shelves were falling off the wall, no coat hangers, holes in the draywall. Check in lady said it is for sale and you should have seen before. Trailer with soiled mattresses right by the front door.

This place needs to be shut down as a hotel or motel open to the public. It should be used for just homeless population or people with addiction problems. It did not seem like a clean environment in any space of the building or room and it seemed very unsafe. It was so terrible that we immediately left and while out I reserved a different hotel room. We return to grab our things and leave. Not even enough time to take pictures of the deplorable conditions

Place is filthy, bed not changed between guests. Bathroom not cleaned. Windows and mirrors filthy. Hvac, heater boards and water fountain metal is rusted through. And apper to leak. Chair used to keep adjoining room door shut since lock was broke. No steps on pool ladder. So much more to say. No room to type. Needs to be condemened! I have pictures to show nasty grossness

The hotel is known to locals to be a center for crime and undesirables. Check the local news reports. There was a police bust with 4 cop cars when I got to the hotel. Asked an officer if I should stay elsewhere and he instantly said yes. Cancelled my reservation and stayed elsewhere. Cost me a night's fees, but I was ok with that.

Very upsetting stayed.
Bedding had stains. Toilet was dirty . No can trash on the room. Bath tube dirty and with stains. No towels in the Room, I had to go to the front desk to asked for it because phone in the room was broke. Very old towels. Very very dirty place ...... horrible.... and the advertisement of the hotel is continental breakfast included with is wrong.

The lobby smelled of cigarettes. The sheets were stained. We had to buy our own sheets & replace the existing ones to get through the night. It was really noisy. We could hear the people above us moving furniture or having sex or something for a very long time in the middle of the night. Not ever staying there again!

RUN!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
We are a road trip family, we travel six months per year... As a result, sometimes, you stay at the place you are closest to. I booked on the app, and admittedly, I did not read reviews. I was exhausted. We spent the day in the sun, and then drove for several hours. We arrived later in the evening, and there were shattered glass bottles outdoors, and glass beer bottles scattered around the lobby. When we finally had somebody available to help us check in, it took two people to figure out how to check us in... Now, this was not somebody being trained, as a former nurse that worked with people on narcotics, I am almost positive the workers were so strung out they could barely function. Next, we finally get to our room, no toilet paper and the bed was not made. The door was unlocked. I went back out to find a staff member... He was just sitting around doing nothing, meanwhile, there was a man, probably drunk running around belligerently screaming in underwear. The worker just watched, unphased like it was to be expected. I grabbed my kids and left. On the way out of the parking lot we happened to see a cop, I mentioned the experience, he told us there have been a lot of complaints there.

There was urine on the toilet seat… First of all, I am from this area and when I booked my room I didn’t look at anything just that I thought it was one downtown. So, this hotel is in a very bad side of town. There was garbage all over outside and in the hallways of the hotel and even in the main lobby. There was even a needle cap behind the couch in my room. The night staff was friendly enough.

A lot of stuff was broken, there was dog hair everywhere. There was no garbage can inside room. I noticed there was a trash can outside the room with dirty underwear in it. The most upsetting was finding a dirty used needle in between the towels in the bathroom! Thank God my kids did not find! Needless to say we left as soon as I saw that and my kids got dressed outside in the parking lot. (INSIDE VEHICLE).

Room was really dirty, they had toothpaste from the last people around the sink, physical dirt and grime in the shower. Had to wait 15 minutes for a tv remote and for them to replace the one overhead light bulb that couldn't be turned off by the switch. Half the hotel is rented by the week or month so the guests are a bit rough around the edges. That goes for the staff too, but they were very nice and friendly.

Well...an interesting experience. At such a low price point you can't have real high standards. The room was comfortable enough and the staff was friendly. However nothing seemed very clean, and strange people hanging around. We do not plan on staying there again.
