Nice property. The only complaint is lack of staff. The morning desk person was running desk, trying to keep breakfast bar full and answering phones.

The room itself was ok. Not horrible but nothing spectacular either. Beds were a bit firm. Shower didn’t seem the cleanest and the water pressure was horrible. Area is great… located near the mall and lots of food options. Kwik Trip is across the street! Staff is friendly too.

The property was very quiet. The employees were great. For the downturn, the bathroom wasnt completely cleaned and the kitchenette floor hadn't been cleaned. Christina was very helpful. She's great.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel is nicely located around lots of shopping and dining options. Some stuff could be updated but overall nice hotel and clean. Hot tub was very hot. Pool warm but small. Kids enjoyed it though

We had a comfortable stay and the staff were very friendly. However, the building could use some updating and deep cleaning (the air vents were caked in dust as one example). I was appalled by the number of young children in bare feet serving themselves breakfast (including running the waffle iron). It seemed unsafe and unhygienic. Signage in the breakfast area requiring shirts and shoes as well as children under ten needing adult supervision need to be posted.

The front desk staff was wonderful. The room showed a little wear, but was very clean. We really liked the size of the suite and it's amenities (refrig, microwave, stove top, dishwasher, coffee maker, some dishes). Unfortunately, the bed, sofa sleeper, and pillows were uncomfortable. (A matress topper might help). The breakfast area was nice. Breakfast was on time and served the typical continental style (carbohydrate heavy and minimal protein). The hotel location is easy access to stores, restaurants and the highway. We didn't try the small pool or exercise room. I'd stay again, but not rely on using the sleeper sofa. Thank you staff!

This little hotel had to be the best value for the money I have stayed at in years. For the price of the room and a full size kitchen almost like an apartment. I was very shocked. I will stay there again if I’m in the area.

Went to check in and Ethel double sweet booking wasn’t there. Very rude person at the check in desk said it wasn’t her problem because I booked through a 3rd party. Contacted Hotels.com and they said our reservation was open on their end. Grandstay showed cancelled on their end and told us we would just have to go somewhere else. Took our family group of 7 to another hotel and now they won’t refund the one single room they thought we could all stay in. Room had bloody sheets on the bed so obviously hadn’t been cleaned
