About this property
3 Bedroom Home & Office with Spacious Backyard
- Located in a quiet neighborhood on a one-block street. A well-maintained family home with 2 main bedrooms and an office space on the main floor as well as bunkbeds in the basement bedroom. Extra sleeping options available in cozy basement space or within office room. Spacious backyard with firepit and firewood provided. Conveniently located close to coffee shops, restaurants, hospitals, etc while anywhere in town is accessible with about 10 minutes.
We pride ourselves on providing you with all you will need for your time spent at our house. A starter supply of consumable items are provided to last most of your stay (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee, dishwasher detergent, hand soap) This house is set up for traveling professionals working in the area but we can also accept other stays as needed.
*Guest making reservation must be 25 years old or older, able to provide a valid photo ID, emergency contact number, sign rental agreement within 24 hours, and required to pay a $500 security deposit hold that will be collected on your credit card by the host.
