Newly Updated Spacious Home on Quiet Deep Water Cove with Amazing Views!

Amazing lakefront home in Holidays Shores! This spacious home has everything you need for a perfect lake vacation! Situated on a quiet cove on deep water, this home is perfect for a large family or friends gathering! There is plenty of space for being together or spreading out for some quiet time. The main level kitchen and living area was completely renovated in 2024! The main level includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen and a family room that opens onto a relaxing covered porch. There is a large (2292 Sq ft) finished basement downstairs which includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a large open game area/family room/bar and kitchen. Two french doors open to a large covered porch with a built-in grilling deck. There are two propane grills (one upstairs and one down stairs for your convenience). Three refrigerators with ice makers provide plenty of space for your food and beverages.

A walkway with steps and railing (see more details below) leads to a sunning deck, a waters edge shaded deck and a large dock. Bring your fishing gear as there is great fishing right off the dock! The dock also has a deep water ladder and 2 sets of steps leading into the water for easy access. The quiet cove is perfect for swimming, yet it is only approximately 300 ft from the main channel of the lake. Oconee Springs Park is just across the lake and is the perfect place to refuel your boat and get bait or other convenience store items.

There is plenty of paved parking in front of the house as well as a two car garage. Guests can enjoy access to the community center located only one mile down the street which has a boat ramp, playground, indoor workout center, basketball and pickle ball courts.

Recently the upper porch has been expanded to accommodate more seating. Pickets have been replaced with Hog Wire that doesn’t block your view. A grilling area was also added. The stairs have been updated and a walkway with steps and landings to provide a stress free walk to the lake. One of the boat bays has been floored for more shaded seating on the dock

Great family get-away

Big house and great layout, letting the family spread out and come together as desired. The dock was awesome -- had everything onsite to have fun -- floating island, individual floats, swing, kayaks and canoe, you name it. Some fished, some floated and swam. The house has everything you want for a comfortable stay.

Great Graduation Weekend!

We had a fabulous long weekend at this property on the lake! Tom is a wonderful host and everything we could want at the house was there. We knew before we booked that it was further away from the college then preferred but we needed a large house in this house had kayaks, games, ping-pong, and many fabulous areas for the different family members to hang out

Graduation weekend

Spacious house with gorgeous view

This is our family's 3rd time staying here. It's great for family to spread out. The view of the lake is amazing. The host is very helpful and easy to reach. There is plenty of room with lots to do while going nowhere! We hope to stay here again!

This property is perfect for groups. It’s just as pictured and very quit and peaceful. Our group of 10 had plenty of space to gather or just go off to be alone. Tom is wonderful to communicate with and made sure we had everything needed for a great stay.

Peaceful retreat

We had a great time at this beautiful home on Lake Sinclair. We wanted a vacation away from the stresses of life and this home did the job. The lake is full of fun activities, the house had ping pong, a basketball hoop, and darts to keep the kids busy when they weren't swimming and the kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware and cooking utensils. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This house was great and checked off all the boxes of what we wanted. House was stocked with all the basic essentials that we needed. We stayed a week with family and friends coming in and out and they loved it. Bird feeders were such a nice touch to watch. Tom was such a great host and was always in contact. Retirement celebration

We really had a great time this weekend. The owner was always available and prompt. Everything we needed was on location. The board games, kayak, ping pong table and basketball globe really kept the family busy. We took our boat out, caught fish and enjoyed some family fun. The house was very spacious and we look forward to renting it again. Thanks to the owner!!!

Family lake get away.

We were looking for a lake house with room for our family of 10. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their privacy when needed. We were able to bring our own jet skis and launch them at the community boat ramp and then keep them at the boathouse. The kids loved the swimming mat and spent much of the time swimming at the boathouse. Tom has a new set of stairs going down to the lake that are not shown in the pictures. They also loved the kayaks and enjoyed the cove that was just off the main lake. We also rented a pontoon for the day and did some tubing. Tom was an excellent host and always very responsive to all of our questions. Make sure to have everything you need as the closest store (Dollar General) was about 22 minutes away. Thanks for sharing your home with our family.

Great communication leading up to the stay. The views were beautiful from the deck and dock. Plenty of seating options outside, including a lower level with a Solo stove. Traveling with family, we have often had a difficult time with fridge space, however this property had multiple fridges, which eliminated this issue. Would love to return in the future.
