Just 10–15 minutes from Lake Oconee and Lake Sinclair, it's the perfect base for lake days, small-town exploring, or simply relaxing in a space that feels like home.

Inside, you’ll find a unique blend of cozy textures and fun, artistic touches—including guitars hanging on the walls and a record player to set the vibe. The spacious living room features a giant sectional sofa with two recliners that fold out into comfy sleeping spaces—perfect for extra guests or lazy movie nights.

The full kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, and the half bath includes a bidet for added comfort. Step out onto the screened porch with your morning coffee or evening wine and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of downtown life.

*** This loft is lovingly called "Heartwood Loft B"; There's also a Heartwood Loft A on the other side of this building, which is also listed on VRBO, so if you have a large party, both lofts may be able to accommodate. Enjoy the fire pit altogether in the shared yard! ***

AMAZING set up! Pictures don’t do it justice on how cool this place is. Micah was a great host-she went over and turned lights on when we told her it would be dark by the time we arrive. The parking was great with plenty of room for our big truck. When we walked in, I was in awe of the decor and plants. The place was well stocked and very clean. This will be our go to spot when we come back to visit friends.
