- Self contained apartment with many amenities. Quiet location on Cul de sac, forested back yard leading down to the water and patio. Separate entrance. Stone and hardwood flooring. Grocery store in town. Whether you are visiting for business, family or vacation, this separate unit is the very best option for enjoyment and peace of mind. Queen size bed in bedroom and a queen size sturdy Maine pine futon/couch in living room. Kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and large deck with BBQ. There is also a garage with space to store your bikes. We are on a well so the water is excellent. Foam latex mattress with memory foam topper. Soothing glider rocker. Stainless pots and pans, every sort of cooking and baking item. Microwave, gas stove, coffee maker, BBQ on deck. Large flat smart TV. DVD/VCR player and selection of movies. Up to 100 MBPS internet. Rinnia gas furnace. Linens provided. Pets considered (no aggressive breeds per insurance). Deep cleaned. Central VAC. Recommended for two or three persons only.
