"When we first got there we overhead other guest talking about how their room had blood all over, when we got ro our room we thought it was clean until we went to bed then we found note saying that the beds where not charged. We when to the front deskto tell them where they got super defensive and told my husband that he should call the cops. All we wanted was new sheets. After making our beds the smoke detector started to go off, we went back down to the front desk and all they did was give us a battery. They are very unprofessional."

"The staff was friendly and responsive. They went above and beyond with fresh towels, extra pillow, even making the bed daily, which we weren’t expecting. The only weak point was the breakfast, which didn’t provide enough options for our taste, such as oatmeal or raisin bran. No fat-free milk or yogurt. The baked items could have been a bit fresher. But we can’t knock them too much for that when they did everything else right! The bed was comfortable and everything in the room worked great. Even the layout of the room lent itself to a more comfortable stay than some of the other upscale hotels we’ve stayed at. "

"Perfect for overnight stay. We arrived late at night and left early morning and this hotel was the perfect choice. Felt safe in the area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean; beds comfortable. Breakfast was nothing fancy but perfect to fuel us before our hike through Congaree National Park. "
