"Dayton is a great little town. Our family went to the fair it is small but good for little ones 1 year old and 3 year old. The overall staff was good, The desk staff was a little strange I wanted to pay for my son's room and check his family in before they arrived. Even though everything was in my name with credit card, address, etc. I asked for a room key, to set up toys for the grand kids, to make it special. The desk staff had a hard time doing that. I think he could not think outside...

"The motel was older and could use a facelift but it was very clean, comfortable bed and OK for a good nights sleep which is all we wanted. It was very affordable and the front desk lady was nice and helpful. "

"It was older than the pictures and in somewhat disarray. One room was dirty. Toilet backed up and flooded my room. TV was malfunctioning. On the other hand, when i did report the problem, they got on it right away. Bed was comfortable and bed covers clean. The whole place needs upgraded."

"We use the space for a work event, and to have staff not have to get hotel rooms. It was lovely and gave us a chance to adventure into downtown after our work. Highly recommend."
