"The room was a large well equipped room on the 4 floor with a mountain veiw with both bath and shower .breakfast was buffet style tasty but very busy and was hard to get to the buffet at times .Pool was lovely and clean the outdoor hot tub has lovely mountain veiws .Easy acess to main street in zakopane about a 10 minute walk down hill from hotel .Staff helpful and most speak excelkent english .Good enviromental incentives at this hotel .On the whole an excelkent choice for a comfortable convienent stay at zakopane ."

"The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming in arrival. We were allocated to a family apartment with use of one bedroom and a small lounge, meaning it was a little more spacious. Unfortunately the room did not have air conditioning, which we may not have noticed on booking. The hotel has ample free parking. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre. Breakfast was excellent and very varied."
