"A beautiful, tasteful, and generously appointed apartment with a view of Long Island Sound at the mouth of the Thames River. All the amenities are new and immaculate, with everything one could want. Lovely views and cool refreshing breezes off the water. We'd definitely stay here again. Hated to leave!"
"Return guests; we stayed in here in 2021 as our first post-covid summer getaway and returned a few years later! We stay at a ton of vrbos (and similar) and rarely return to the same one twice, so our return is a testament to this great carriage house.Dawn is a meticulous, kind host with great attention to detail. As Bostonians we consider New London a real gem and we prefer it to many MA beach towns for price, accessibility, and laid-backness!"

"This home is large and very accommodating. Neighborhood is quiet and close to Ocean Beach Park. Window units worked hard to keep us cool during a very hot weekend. We didn’t cook, but kitchen appeared very well equipped. "

"We really enjoyed our three day stay! Bethany is an excellent host, The downstairs room is informal, spacious and comes with new fluffy towels, and beach towels. There is a new deck out on the sand with a fire pit and comfortable chairs and sun umbrellas. There are umbrellas, beach chairs and toys to take to water’s edge. Fine white and and easy area to swim between docks. We may go again!"
