"The property is not in walking distance from the winter wonder land tubing park. Its at a dead end road and be prepared to drive all Ruidoso to throw your own trash. We also recieved the wrong code to the hot tub and didnt recieve the correct code until 4 PM the next day."

"Hot tub was great, not super hot but just right. We thought this was a stand alone home but it’s actually a condo. The fenced in back patio helps to make you feel more secluded. Great are close to town, house had everything we needed, very clean and comfortable. We had the wrong Door code upon arrival but a quick call with the property mgmt and we were able to get in. We also couldn’t get the pilot to light in the fireplace but the maintenance guy came to light it for us. It was a great stay!"

"This is a good value for staying in Carlsbad. House was clean with nice appliances including refrigerator and washer/dryer. Quiet, safe neighborhood away from the madness that is Canal Street these days. Justin is a super nice host that makes a great breakfast burrito delivered hot to your doorstep every AM.
