"I stayed at this property 2xs this week. The first night was so great! The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. It was the reason I chose to stay again later in the week on my way back from my trip. However, the second night was nothing like the first. I was put on the second floor, right next to the elevator, and over a space(not sure what) that keep running a system that was loud and made the bed vibrate all night long. "We picked this place because of the water park on site. Overall the place was okay. It was clean. Our room entryway overhead light was burned out and the locking mechanism on the door was falling off. The water park was fun for the kids. "

"My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay here. We drive from Missoula to come to Billings for my medical treatments and this hotel was so accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and even brought us a brand new microwave to our room. I was so grateful. Very kind staff. Clean room. Great AC and also nice to be able to open the windows for fresh air! Shower was super cool too. Reminded me of a submarine lol. Will likely stay again. "
