"Kempinski Budapest has to be in the running for the best hotel in all of Budapest. It's a block from Vaci street shopping and only a couple blocks from the Danube river. Kempinski has all the amenities one could ever need and the location is top notch. Kempinski Budapest gets my highest recommendation. "

But... it's the People that bring us back ! Every single staff member, every single visit, every single need or request, treat us (and all guests) like family. It is such a treat to see staff members love and support each other, show that they enjoy taking care of visitors, be efficient while wearing a smile. We truly believe that staff from Intercity Budapest should be teaching staffs in other buildings and other cities about professionalism, courtesy, customer care.
