The location was perfect for our purposes. The staff was efficient and responsive. The breakfast was fine. Everything worked in the room which was a nice change from other places in which I have stayed. Really liked your TV choices., Lots of options. we had brought some wine, but had forgotten to bring glasses. We could not find any “real” glasses on your property, only plastic and Styrofoam. That was a little disappointing but next time I’ll bring my own. Thank you for a nice experience!

Parent get away retreat
My husband and I stayed 2 nights as a get away from our 4 kids. We were very impressed with how nice the hotel was. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays and the staircase makes it seem fancy. The room was clean as well as the common areas. The breakfast was an added bonus with bacon, eggs, sausage, waffle makers and more.

Care for customers - excellent
Had a few issues but Christine at the front desk was responsive - went out of her may in my opinion to right what was wrong. First room (114) had a loud high pitched squeal coming from HVAC - no way could sleep there. She moved us to 110 which had no pillows, no shower curtain, no TV in the living room portion. She asked to please wait while she checked out her next option (108) to make sure all was as should be. It was. Christine understands customer service!

Everything was good with checkin ,check out, and the room. The only complaint I can voice is with the breakfast service attendant. She was not very warm or inviting, did not speak to guest. She did have everything out and the area clean, but at the end of breakfast time, she removed all plates and bowls first so no one could get anything else to eat. We were late eating on our 3rd morning, but were in time to get our food before she started putting away. But then put chairs on the tables so they could not be used. I was watching the news as I ate and she actually walked over and turned both TVs off and went back into the pantry. I know she has a schedule, but it would not hurt to leave tables available for people to use during the day and turning the TVs off seemed rude to me.

It was fine. Only suggestion is if it is not full book rooms with a room in between empty to minimize noise, and book the back first to minimize traffic noise. Pool and hot tub were great; my husband slipped on the floor there.

Breakfast buffet
Breakfast buffet needs to be available to guests up to the posted closing time. Staff shouldn't be putting everything away and putting chairs on tables 15 minutes before breakfast ends. It was very annoying and several showed up a little before closing with things being whisked away.
