"Considering the price, we had high hopes for our stay at this house, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. Upon arrival, we found the property was not very clean. It was absolutely perfect, the views, decor, food, pool (you can have it to yourselves for 30mins, which i did with my kids everyday)and if with kids you can sit on your balcony and watch your children play on the beach infront of you. "The staff were friendly. Our room was smelly and there was hair on the carpet. We were moved to a different room immediately, which we appreciated. This was a lovely room. We had dinner in the restaurant which was delicious. On arrival ( at 3pm), the corridor leading to our room was scattered with empty bottles, glasses and plates. There were dirty plates outside our room, too. Not a great first impression. We stayed for two night and our room was not cleaned during our stay. We were told that they were busy due to a wedding. I was not impressed as this is part of staying in a hotel. I appreciate that the hotel was busy but there was lots of queuing. We waited quite a while to check in and there was a long queue on both days to get into the restaurant for breakfast. It felt like the hotel was understaffed as even going to the restaurant for dinner took about 10 minutes of waiting to be seated. The staff were friendly and worked very hard."
