" We had stayed at this hotel 4 or 5 times in the past. This stay was the best. Almost everything was perfect. Clean room, furnishings were in good shape except the hide-a-bed. It was fair. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food service as alway fresh and hardly ever needed to be replenished. DID NOT LIKE BEING CHARGED FOR PARKING. "

"We are local and I needed a place for my parents on Christmas because my house was full of returning kids and my in-laws. The Westin was my first choice because it’s the nicest hotel in The Woodlands. The beds are so comfortable (I stayed here when my power was out after a hurricane). My parents said it’s the most comfortable bed they’ve ever been in. The area around is totally full of shops and restaurants. They enjoyed strolling along the waterway. Super location. Great, comfortable hotel just a few minutes from my house. Fantastic! "
