Community Amenities



Guests may enjoy access to Penn Estates community amenities, including pools, lakes, tennis courts, playgrounds, and other recreational areas.



Amenity Access Fee:

A $20 per person per stay fee applies for guests who choose to use the community amenities. We will assist with arranging access after booking.



Guest Registration: All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Access will only be granted to those on the approved guest list.



Same-Day Registration: Please note that registrations submitted on the day of arrival may incur a $50 same-day registration fee. To avoid additional fees and ensure a smooth check-in process, please complete the guest registration as early as possible before arrival.
