DO NOT STAY HERE! the property could be amazing but the owners/property managers will ruin your entire trip! We originally rented another house of theirs, 2 days prior to our trip, on Dec
23, because WE contacted THEM to change a license plate number for registration, they informed us at 7pm that the “owner” overbooked the home and we couldn’t stay there. Meaning on Christmas Eve and Christmas we spent our time trying to find new AccomThey offered this home as an alternative. It was incomplete, literally still under construction, a mattress was on the floor and didn’t have any curtains. The place was FLITHY with construction dust. The cleaning woman later admitted she didn’t clean the basement area (play area, bathroom and bedroom) or the 5th bedroom because she didn’t think they were opening it. The towels were old, the 5th bedroom didn’t have a comforter or pillow cases. The security, part of the HOA, denied us entrance the 2nd day of our stay because the owner didn’t register us properly. The property manager was “getting on a flight” so wasn’t able to sort it out. Needless to say FOUR hours later, we still were not allowed past the front gate. We had to leave the property the second day of our trip because we were not guaranteed that we could reenter. So much more happened, but perhaps the worst part was the complete lack of accountability of the property manager who blamed everything on the owner and then the owner who said he had a property manager. DO NOT STAY HERE!
