"The staff was very courteous, and the room was clean, however there was a bar of soap left in the shower that was not ours, so We are hopeful that the shower was cleaned and the bar of soap was just an oversight.. also, our reservation was for four people, but there were only three glasses, plates, forks etc in the unit. Thankfully we didn't need to use the majority of them."

"Location was great, only issue we had was getting in the community which is completely understandable but other than that the location was spacious and we enjoyed the amenities that came with it such as the hotub, sauna and the pool table which was a great bonus for our family would definitely recommend this to anybody trying to have a nice getaway, will 100% be booking again the future."

"Tucked away in the mountain side this cabin was perfect. Danny was great to work with extremely fast to respond. Couldnt ask for anything more. From the moment we walked in the door the atmosphere was great. Everything was spotless clean the hot tub was awesome on a cold night. The big window was perfect to watch the snow fall. All around a perfect weekend. Thank you!"

"Super nice family home with plenty of separate space for everyone. Very clean and plenty of bathrooms. Host very quick with any questions. Only about 10-15 min from grocery store. "

"We were 7 people and the space was perfect. The space was very clean and cozy. I really appreciated that each room in the house had its own thermostat and temperature control and we were able to make the house warm and cozy. I've stayed in the same community at different homes before where the temperature control was not great and felt it was either too cold or too warm or the floors were freezing. They also had an easy turn on switch fireplace which was really nice. The kids enjoyed the pool table and the game room. The beds and number and quality of pillows were great. Adequate outlets too for charging. And little things like doormats by the entrance was appreciated for not wearing shoes in the house and coming in from the snow. Kids appreciated login ability to Prime, Netflix and Disney. Adequate number of dishes and cups for a large group. Enjoyed the open feel of the house. Dining table was nice and large as well. (Just be careful on your GPS, I got there after dark, and my GPS led me to the back gate of the gated community and I really struggled to get to the main gate where you can register your vehicle to enter the community bc the GPS kept leading me to go through the community to get to the main gate when you cant enter without a pass from the back gate, but luckily we finally found there was a directions sheet left out at the back gate on how to get to the main gate, the main gate is off Hallet St, not Cranberry. Its very dark if you get there after sundown). "
