"Upon arrival we were greeted by Joe who was kind enough to advise that they currently was not able to do valet parking but was quite eager to help us with our bags and tell us where the self parking was. Check in with Edgar was fantastic! We asked if we could check in early and was able to get into our room earlier than check in time as our room was already available! He explained everything! The room was very clean! The bed was very comfortable! The only thing that might have been a little bit better was the could have been a tad bit warmer. It was not cold just prefer a very hot shower! The conciere service was helpful with questions on getting to local events and other general questions and was very polite and cheerful! We had drinks at the lobby bar wh which were very refreshing! Everyone that we had encountered was extremely helpful and very polite and cheerful! When we got ready to leave we called for help with our luggage and when someone didn't come up right away we did receive a call back inquiring if we still needed service and with an apology. We hadn't waited that long for someone to come but to have them call us back after not even 10 minutes really was amazing! This hotel should be one people should visit as it is a beautiful hotel with a very laid back atmosphere where they will take care of quite a bit for you! "
