6 month waterfront cottage #9 MarshWind Village
Marsh view cottage with access to Scorton Creek! Beautiful patio and deck in a small quiet community. Only a few miles from popular Cape Cod beaches, and an outdoor shower for your enjoyment upon return from the beach. Large fishing dock with access to a canoe or bring your kayaks for exploring the marsh. Many hiking, biking, and walking trails! Great fishing too! A quick ride after crossing the Bourne or Sagamore Bridge, just off of route 6A. Large decks overlooking gorgeous marsh.
Other things to note
We are looking for renters for at least 6 months at a time. We can negotiate the monthly pricing. Our association requires 6-month rentals as a minimum.
