The best of the Hamptons living! Set between Westhampton Beach and Southampton Village, this East Quogue 4 Bedroom 2 and 1 half bath is a perfect retreat for summer. There is an open, airy first floor includes a light filled living room, large eat in- kitchen with oversized island and separate TV room. A generous main bedroom with large en suite bath, three guest bedrooms, a full bath, and laundry complete the second floor. Rainy days are perfect for the fully finished lower level with media room. Outside, the large patio area is perfect for relaxing days, and warm summer nights entertaining around the pool. New barrel sauna and cold plunge added spring 2023. The perfect setting for a perfect summer! **bed sizes can be adjusted upon request**
