The Sun Rose Hotel was just okay, but definitely not worth the high price. The location isn’t convenient, the descriptions on Expedia were misleading, and the service and cleanliness were disappointing. For $1,300 for two nights, I expected much better.

The room was clean and nicely designed. It clearly had recently been renovated. There were issues with the lighting system flickering and the newly installed plumbing was leaking slighly around the bathtub area. The staff was very responsive and kind. I would stay again. Had a room on the 16th floor with a great view of Santa Monica and the beach.

Room was clean. Appreciate the room configuration with two bedrooms. Easy (and free) to park. Easy check-in. Convenient fridge. Short walk to Disneyland. Has a bathtub (not just a shower - important when staying with young kids). Will stay here again.
