"The elevator was not working but they were able to get us a first floor room. My husband has a heart condition and cannot do stairs. Juan, the evening front desk, was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was fresh and good with a variety of foods. "

"I did not like that I could only go up to 73 degrees on the heater. They had it set that you could not go higher than this. it was below 30 degrees at night on this weekend. The elevator connected to the parking garage was out of order. the parking garage was not worth $10 per night extra. it was filthy and smelled like urine. I will not stay here again when I visit Peoria."

"I loved my stay at the Residence Inn. The staff was great, the entire place was so clean, the pool, lobby, the breakfast area and our room! I loved the little courtyard too. It was a great stay and I will be for sure coming back in the future if I have to stay in Peoria. "
