Tucked away in a private community with beach access and a nearby playground, this pristine, dog-friendly getaway features a beautiful, modern kitchen with everything you need to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to full-course dinners. Dine together at the breakfast bar, kitchen table, or in the formal dining room. Relax in one of two comfortably-furnished living areas or step outside onto the furnished deck with a gas grill overlooking the large, grassy back yard. For sleeping arrangements, all four bedrooms are located on the second floor and include a primary with a king-size bed and en suite bath, and three cozy guest rooms with queen-size beds.
Within a few short miles of this charming home, you'll find Greenport Village, the ferry to Shelter Island, Mitchell Park (with its carousel and live music and festivities in summer), shops, and several restaurants including Hellenic Snack Bar & Restaurant and Billys by the Bay. Additionally, this area offers everything needed for a memorable vacation ranging from sandy bay beaches to exciting nightlife and world-class wine tasting.

Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
