Entire House in Beacon Bay - Golden Location
Very close to all amenities. Within a walkable distance to Spargs Mall with KFC. Woolies Food and Steers/ Debonairs are within close proximity too.
Users will be able to enjoy the fullness of Beacon Bay with the recognizable palm trees included in the backyard pool area aswell. Bonza Bay, Blue Lagoon and Nahoon beach are within a short driving distance or very reasonable Bolt ride.
The house is perfect for a good nights rest as-well as entertaining, the rooms are north east facing so the beautiful morning sun hits you perfectly upon waking up. There is a good balance between private and common spaces, guests will enjoy the fullness of being in the premises aswell as quiet time.
Guests can enjoy a lovely pool area with generous seating for those who appreciate pool water from a distance. There are 5 built in (mounted) braai facilities to use with one being indoor. Guests can access the generous bar area aswell with generous seating space for interaction. There is a wooden deck right next to the pool area ,also with multi seating. The place is built for entertainment.
