Relax with the whole family at this peaceful beach home located across the street from private beach. Beach and home is pet and children friendly. New 20X40 salt water pool with auto-cover, 8 person 4 ft spa, house has been completely restored in Summer 2022. All new inside and out!

Fantastic location
The very short walk to private beach was one of the highlights of our stay. There is also a marina and pier with benches and tables that is perfect for sunsets and picnics. Beautiful pool and hot tub and the location in Springs is close enough to East Hampton to be an easy drive but far enough away from the bustle for peaceful evenings and shooting stars!

Decompression Paradise
We booked 10 days with the goal of “ decompressing” in between selling our home in NJ and moving back to NYC. The home, location and Valerie not only met but our exceeded our expectations. We felt comfortable in a very nice house that felt like “ home’. The pool, neighborhood, proximity to restaurants and delis within a 5-15 minute drive to East Hampton or Amangasset was great. Highly recommend.
