What a great place! The attention to detail, the lovely interior, everything was just so welcoming and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
This property was very clean. The host was very friendly and accommodating- she offered bear spray for us to use during our time there and provided helpful information regarding the area and activities around us. Overall we had a very positive experience and would stay here again.
Great location in East Glacier very close to the park, the beds were super comfortable, and the place was clean and well-stocked. Simarron was very helpful and responded to messages quickly.
Beautiful property - and just as described! Excellent communication by owner and always quick response leading up to our stay. Beds were comfortable even the pull outs! Just perfect for our group of 6!
The property was close to Two Medicine and not far from East entrance of Glacier National Park. The host was very kind and went out of the way to make us feel at home. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Would also love to come back to this comfortable place.
We stayed here for a few nights in the Summer and would definitely come back!
The cabin was comfortable, a well stocked kitchen, good size bathrooms, and the washer and dryer were great features. We stayed when the forest fire smoke was in the air and the two air purifiers provided were very helpful!
The location is also perfect, to access the east side of Glacier National Park about 15 mins. from Two Medicine entrance and ~1 hour from Going to the Sun Road East entrance.
I was a hiking guide in the park this last summer and wanted my friends and family to experience the beauty on the east side; particularly Two Medicine. I didn't expect to see it from the deck! That was a wonderful addition to an already great accommodation.
We enjoyed our time at this barn. Good location for what we needed. Seating in living room is a challenge for a family of 5. Just a couch and bar stools. Could use a love seat or another chair somewhere. Well stocked and owner was great to work with. She checked in on us when we arrived to be sure all was well.
Beautiful home with the finest of everything! Host was so invested in making our stay great She is great with communication and has a very helpful guidebook for guests We found the location awesome for exploring two medicine There are restaurants and a small grocery store just steps away! A fabulous experience! Highly recommend this property.
We had the pleasure of staying 3 nights in this wonderful cabin in Wast Glacier. The accommodations were nothing short of PERFECT! Beds are comfortable, the cabin was spotless, bathrooms/shower were a luxury after all day hiking. We enjoyed the views of the Montana sky from the upstairs deck in the evening.
Simmaron was such a gracious host, and answered any questions we had immediately, and even provided us with bearspray for our excursions. She was awesome. We look forward to staying again next time we visit Montana.
Good location, very close to the turn to enter (est. 20 Minutes) going to 2 Medicine area/lake and 40 minutes to (estSt.Mary’s area in the East Side Lake entrance. Unit is walking distance to some groceries and diner restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also restaurants when go through the blue/white tunnel towards 2 Medicine Park entrance.
We traveled with two other couples-beds were great but fold outs were a bit rough for adults. Very clean. Nice layout. Well equipped. Close to Two Medicine entrance and less than one hour to East Entrance to National park. Close to East Glavier Lodge. This property is on the reservation. Neighborhood a bit rough looking but felt absolutely safe. Very close East g
We loved our stay in East Glacier. The restored barn was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable with everything we needed. We loved the views from the deck. The location was convenient to visiting Two Medicine, East Glacier Park, and Many Glacier. Simarron was so friendly and very responsive and helpful. We used the binder she put together everyday to plan our hikes and adventures. I’m addition to the binder, there were many thoughtful extras like a welcome snack basket and bathroom toiletries that were appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Four of us stayed here - 1 couple and 2 singles. The house itself is sweet; beautifully updated and decorated. The sleeping arrangements were perfect as well. Two queens upstairs with plenty of room (a third downstairs) and then a separate sunroom/bedroom & bath just down the porch. That worked out great for me because everyone else snored lol. We loved our time in the house and Simarron, our host, was great! We hope to be back again one day. Also, you will love the showers! Note: East Glacier is a small town with few dining choices, so you may want to take advantage of the kitchen here and bring some groceries.
We were two couples coming to Glacier National Park for 3 days of hiking after having been in the Canadian Rockies. This property suited our needs perfectly. It was spacious with a modern kitchen and bathrooms and separate areas where we could each have our privacy. We got up early, hiked all day, and went to the very nearby Glacier Lodge for dinner, which we loved. It was very convenient to this location to go to Going to the Sun Road and Many Glacier. We especially loved the huge TV upstairs where we watched the Eagles game one evening. Simarron lent us bear spray. She also notified us that her brother found binoculars that we had accidentally dropped from our car, which he promptly returned to us. Simarron has created a very homey, special place here which I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for an authentic East Glacier experience.

Mixed feelings
I booked this after hearing how more time needs to be spent on the East side of Glacier National Park. This property is very highly rated so I was thrilled that we could book. The barn is as described in the listing and was clean. Simarron, the host had good communication and even offered bear spray for use during our stay to use at the park. We were completely shocked at the town of East Glacier and can’t believe no one mentioned that in previous reviews. The town is borderline deserted. Numerous houses in the same neighborhood abandoned, windows boarded up or broken out. I feel the setting and neighborhood don’t warrant the title of a luxury rental or the high rental rate.
Super nice accommodations!!! Very clean and well supplied. Felt like home the whole week we spent exploring Glacier National Park. Our host was very attentive and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.
This is a clean, attractive, quiet, well maintained and well equipped house, which is convenient to Glacier National Park. The owner is communicative, friendly, and helpful.
