The reception staff was exceptional. They couldn’t have been more pleasant, responsive and helpful in reapinnding to our questions and offering suggestions. The only criticism was that the rooms were a bit dark which may be due to the age of the hotel which was otherwise imoeccibly maintained. Overall, however, great stay.

The view was stunning and the room was beautiful on 2 levels and with a balcony. Beds were v comfortable and would have been an smazing stay but the tram rails were being repaired in the main square just outside all night which was an unacceptable level of noise and the hotel were unaware thst the public works were planned or even happened. Not the hotel fault or even in their control but maybe a factor to consider in the location. Hopefully management were able to complain to the local manager of public works and can get prior warning so not to rent out those rooms affected

This was a lovely hotel! The staff was very friendly and full of recommendations. Everything we wanted to see was within easy walking distance - it felt like we were in the center of everything. We enjoyed hot chocolate at the bar in the mornings and drinks there as a night cap. The beds were some of the comfiest we stayed in on our trip.
