  • View stunning sunrises over Great Bay from your front lawn! Why rent a hotel room or B & B when you could rent this cute cape cottage located on a quiet street on the popular Maravista peninsula? It has a water view of Great Bay near a salt water inlet perfect swimming and kayaking. Master bedroom has queen bed, water view and tucked in en-suite 1/2 bath. Second bedroom has double bed. Eat in kitchen has water view and side door to outside shower (currently not enclosed). Large living room with double sofa bed for guests. Private side yard has gas grill, table and chairs. Relax on the large front yard with a view of the bay. Enjoy walking, running or biking on the picturesque great bay path. Take a scenic walk along the beach road to restaurants in Falmouth Heights or ride your bike from the house to the Island Queen or Shining Sea Bike Path. Downtown Falmouth is a short drive and the village of Woods Hole is 6 miles away. This house is rented WITHOUT linens.
