  • Fantastic spacious home-
    6+ bedrooms, 2 full and 2 half bathrooms. Sleeps 18-20. Beautiful furnishings, hardwood floors, fully equipped.
    The house is fantastic for extended family or friends to share. Perfect for weddings, Family Reunions or other large parties. 50 Yrds. to neighborhood beach and a short 5 minute walk to large public Menahaunt Beach.
    Walk to Green Pond Boat yard and Public DEEP WATER ACCESS, and Green Pond Yacht Club.

West-end Primary Bedroom Suite mini split air conditioner is controlled ONLY by the remote. Wall thermostat in primary suite ONLY controls HEAT.
No use of fireplace (Ornamental Fireplace ONLY) Do not turn off the Red Emergency switch in the Laundry Area/Mud-room entry area.
Noise Level Ordinance in effect at 10PM. Must drive slowly along Dirt Roads (15MPH Max) Do not turn AC units below 68 or the units will freeze up.
