Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home, steps away from beautiful Waquiot Bay! Find your happy place kayaking (kayaks available for 7) or hiking around Washburn Island. Explore the beautiful remote beaches accessible only by hike, boat or kayak. You will be just 1/10 mile to boat launch, near the Shining Sea Bike path, golf courses, Woods Hole, Martha’s Vineyard Ferry, Cape Cod Winery, Bad Martha’s Brewery, Main Street, and Mashpee Commons.
The space
1st floor: kitchen/great room opens to deck w/water view. Dining room table seats up to 10. Living room with large sectional & 55”Tv. Full bath & outdoor shower. 2nd floor: MBed w/Queen bed, water view & attached 1/2 bath. 2nd BR w/Queen bed, 3rd BR w/full bed & water view. 4th BD w/twin bunk beds & twin daybed trundle. Full newly renovated hall bathroom
Guest access
Entire house, access to sunfish for experienced sailors only. Trailer hitch required, we do have the ball.
Other things to note
1 double kayak, 3 single kayaks & 1 inflatable kayak for your use. Sunfish available for experienced sailors (trailer hitch required, we do have the ball). Launch kayaks and sunfish at boat launch 1/10 mi up the street.

The location was perfect and the space was very comfortable - the neighborhood was quiet, lovely and private. Our host was very responsive and made the process effortless, both in and out.

Property was great and large with 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Loved the surroundings and the water close by.

The actual house was good. Large clean very workable. The location was misrepresented. It was not on the water. Couldn’t see the water from the small deck. The “beach” was extremely small and definitely not “a few steps away.” The flight of stairs going down to the water were difficult as well. The neighbors were less than friendly and complained about “noise”. That being adults sitting by the fire laughing. We were told not to hang out in the water which I find disturbing because I don’t know what else your meant to do in the water. This is a residential area where the neighbors are apparently not happy with this property being rented.
