The is located in a quiet secure and well maintained. It is a perfect base from which guests can enjoy Anguilla's sun and beaches. The rooms are spacious and modern with private balcony's. The floors are finished with Italian tile throughout. It is fully furnished with lots of amenities.These modern apartments are perfect for couples wanting to enjoy the sun , beaches, and relaxation.

The kitchen is well equipped with lots of work surfaces, a breakfast bar, coffee maker, stainless steel refrigerator, stove with an oven, microwave and kitchen utensils.

The bedroom has a comfortable King or, a queen size bed and the bathroom is private. The fittings are light, modern and simple.

There is a ceiling fan in each room and an economy air-conditioning unit. and there is a community laundry room on site.

The Unit Includes Flat screen TV/Cable / Internet/ WIFI.

5 minute drive to Junks Hole Beach; 5 minute drive to Island Harbor Beach; 10 minute drive to Shoal Bay Beach.

Great stay at an excellent property on this amazing island. Very courteous staff and bookings. Super clean rooms and grounds. Very thoughtful ammenities; beach towels, umbrella, paper towels, soda and water in fridge. All great things, the only reason as to not get a 5 star is to note for new travelers to the island, the property is on the Far East end and may be a bit to remote from other things. We always drive so not a big deal to us, u can reach the other side of the island in 20mins. Thank you to Tessa and Ermyne!!

Excellent place to stay in Anguilla, 15 minutes from Shoal Bay beach

The apartment is spacious, clean, the bedroom is air-conditioned, but we didn't even use it, as a fan in the bedroom was enough, as the temperature inside the apartment was always comfortable. There is enough of everything -- dishes, pots/pans, and even beach chairs and a cooler on wheels in the closet.

Loved our comfortable, spacious apartment!

Anguilla is an island of beautiful beaches and people. You need a car to visit the beaches and great restaurants so James Place Apartments is a comfortable, quiet base from which to explore. Its spacious accommodations include a fully equipped kitchen so you don’t have to eat all your meals out. Everything is fresh and clean. The bed is comfortable and the bedroom has AC. We loved our stay!

Perfect !

The place was clean and roomy. Had everything we needed, and then some. The property manager was awesome! She gave a few tips for the area and when we had a small issue with the cable, she had it fixed in 10 min. They had plenty of parking and was super easy to find. I'd stay here again.

Great accommodation, very comfortable and spacious. Amazing kitchen and fantastic location.

The place has everything to enjoy a relaxing stay. It is immaculate and very comfy. Unfortunately we had to depart early because of an emergency and the host was easy to reach. Book with confidence.
