"The rooms need updating and the balcony was a joke. You slide the door open and the AC unit is in the way. You can't sit on the balcony. The entire town smells really bad, to the point where I wanted to leave the first day. The stench is just awful. Of course that is no fault of the hotel but Pattaya is awful if you ask me. I've been to Thailand four times, Pattaya is run down and dirty which is a shame."

"The restaurant was closed. The gym was great. The pool was good. The staff was good. The Hotel was about a 20 minute walk to good restaurants. "

"Pullman Pattaya is a great hotel. Nice area in Wongamat/Naklua. "

"We love the location and we even have stayed at Terminal 21 and space hotel but this one is right on the beach. For my daughter which is 7 she liked the space hotel but over all we loved the staff and property and rooms were nice as well "
