The home has a great Maine feel. 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the 1st floor. One bedroom with a Queen bed. The other bedroom has a Twin over a Full and another twin bed. One King bedroom and a half bath on the 2nd floor. Heat Pumps in the house offer AC and Heat. Enjoy great views of Sand Pond from the back deck.

Great property. Very clean. There was a lot of water access and the dock and little private beach were great. The outdoor deck with grill and seating was a great spot to gather and eat outside facing the water. Would definitely recommend!
