We absolutely loved staying at this property. They are 2 storey townhouses, very clean and comfortable with a gas fireplace too. The views are amazing over the lake. Only a short 15 minute walk to central Queenstown or 2 minute drive. Will stay again if we return to Queenstown.

Great hotel and terrific room
The restaurant is being renovated so they sent us to have breakfast at a different hotel. Would have liked to know that in advance and may have booked the room without breakfast

The Carlin is indeed a 5 star property in every way, the staff and accommodation exceeded all our expectations, and we will most definitely return for a longer stay. I would recommend this truly remarkable boutique hotel to anyone traveling to Queenstown NZ.

Awesome place for some easy days... Very nice setup between the vine and a lovely pond with ducks! Would definitely go there again. The host was very helpful with recommendations for the area, too. 5 star rating for me!
