"The staff are very kind and undertsanding, im a travel nurse that works 3pm to 3am, they let me check in early and check out late due to my work and sleep schedule. Just on that alone i will be booking my hotel stays here while i work here in Elkhart. "

"Property is definitely run down in some areas. Elevator was broken for the duration of our stay. Breakfast buffet had some decent options but the juice machine was also broken. Room was clean, but the bed was not the most comfortable and the walls are quite thin. We had to ask for toilet paper, as it wasn't restocked before our arrival. Highlight was the pool and hot tub, though the jets were malfunctioning so they weren't worth using. Wasn't a leisure trip for us, just a weekend stayover while we finished a favor for some family - can't complain too much with that context. Definitely wouldn't recommend it as vacation lodgings, but if you're just passing through it'll get you by."

"Room was clean but had only 2 towels even though 3 people were booked to stay. The pool was murky and there were no pool towels. Check in was odd, we arrived after check in time but the employee didn’t know which rooms were available. Asked for towels to shower after the pool bc we had to use regular towels to dry off. We were given pool towels. We tried to explain that we used the towels in the room to dry and needed regular towels but were told to return after we used the pool towels. Nothing was terrible but the interactions were weird. "

"This was the perfect place for our visit with family in Indiana. Beautifully decorated, plenty of room and bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. Convenient to everything we wanted to do and near several grocery stores. "

"We decided to get out of town for the Thanksgiving holiday. We have four kids, ages 8-16, and EVERYONE had something to do. From air hockey to the arcade to the myriad of board games throughout the house, there was never a dull moment. We also brought our dog and the fenced in back yard made it easy to let her in and out. The kitchen is fully stocked and there were even drinks and a s’mores package for us upon our arrival. Kristi was an excellent communicator and a wonderful host. Would stay here again. "
