"Very nice hotel, but I simply cannot understand why the ice machine is on the top floor in the furthest corner of the property, with no light switch. I had to enter into a dark room and fiddle around for a timer-knob to turn to on lighting. It is highly inconvenient for someone older, especially given the higher-priced room rate. You’d think a thoughtful property would have more than one ice machine at this kind of establishment. Is getting a bucket of ice really that costly that the property owners would make it this inconvenient? Gotta wonder…"
