Cosy house close to the beach

The house and location was really nice. There’s a fire place and two bathrooms which made things comfortable. However the check in experience and lack of information about the home owner and exact key handover process was terrible. I called the Belvilla agency that was responsible for handling the key handover and even they had no information about how the check in process goes. It was pretty stressful but it turned out the whole area is managed by a receptionist who handles the keys and allows the cars to go in and out of the area.
