The stay at the hotel was excellent. Nothing was too much for the staff. Pleasant and fantastic. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was great and the water park was great too. All the staff in every part of the hotel is great. Not one bad word to say at all. Thank you so much.

This hotel clearly has a problem with heating. I´ve stayed there 4 times over the past month (January/February), and so far I´ve only stayed in one room that had sufficient heating.
