"Honestly there is nothing bad to day abou this property. The main house is beautiful and historic. The restaurant is also in that same house and I adored it. The food was great but I wish there a couple little details looked at in the main dining room. The smaller cabin rooms are perfect, clean, spatious, well stocked and you dont feel alone but you dont feel crowded. The land the area is so beautifil and I would definitly come back "

"We’ve stayed at this property in the past and had no issues, it was convenient for our weekend visit but this time around not so. The room was locked from the inside when we tried to check-in to our room; apparently that part of the hotel was to be blocked off but somehow we were given a key to the room. Had to wait for another room. The replacement room had no shower curtain - had to request one; slow drain in both the sink and tub; desk furniture was noticeably dusty but bed was comfortable. To top it off there was a fire alarm so had to evacuate the hotel, apparently someone was vaping in their room and set off the alarm per the fireman. They are in the process of upgrading the hotel so maybe once done we’ll consider revisiting. "

"Great relaxing time away "

"We didn't see anyone in The Villaje Inn during our stay. You have to do the check in and check out in the near by Hotel Beekman Arms and that was a nigthmare for us because because we arrive a 10:30pm. The walking distance is 15minutes. The property is ok if you only want to sleep there. The beds are comfortable but tv doesn't work properly, nor the A/C. For the price is ok. The complemantary breakfast is ok."

"This was a delightful find - more spacious than it appears, very efficient and also chic design, and the cleanest place I've ever stayed. Entry was also very simple. Host was true to offer - absolute privacy and very available. Convenient access to a very diverse area: the vilage with great dining and fun boutiques; the surrounding area of hikes and outdoor adventures; and a good central point for exploring an area of historic sites."
