Exceptional! Hotel Van Cleef is pure magic. The divine hotel itself, the amazing staff, the location. Everything was perfect. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Bruges is a magnificent town, and this hotel is the perfect place to stay there.

A very nice welcome on arrival by Michael who patiently gave me a very good insight on Bruges on places to visit and restaurants to dine at. A lovely big room and beautifully arranged. I would one day hope to return and stay here again. Can very much recommend Huis 't Schaep

Great stay and a lovely building/room. However not the best option for a business trip and the Internet connection was poor. I would certainly stay here if in The Hague on holidays. The owner was incredibly nice and helpful.

Gorgeous property, beautiful staff.

My stay was absolutely wonderful. This property is absolutely superb. Room was super comfortable and the breakfast variety and service a class apart !! Thank you for the experience. I ( and my friends) will be back

We spent 3 nights at the Paleis. It is a fabulous hotel with fantastic staff. The location is magic very central to everything. It has many wonderful restaurants around it just a few minutes walk all reasonably priced. It oozes charm and being small is very quiet. I give it 10/10 and hope to have the pleasure of staying there again. Loved it

Brilliant stay even though weather was disappointing I commend the staff well done to management well done to the owners in delivering such an excellent and beautiful hotel

We really enjoyed our stay at Maison Nationale. So much so that we extended it by two days. Amazing suites in an ideal location walking distance to Grote Market and the Meir shopping street. Hosts Tom and Karen were very helpful and friendly throughout the entire stay.

wonderful spacious rooms

The staff were particularly welcoming and friendly. All aspects of the hotel building are high quality - particularly impressive given that it is within a number of classic canal houses. The gardens at the back of the hotel are surprisingly expansive and attractive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal as it is in between the City Centre and the main Museum (VanGogh etc) precinct in a very attractive canal neighbourhood. We were able to readily walk to all key destinations.

From the minute you walk through the doors, you are greeted by exceptional staff that know what real hospitality is all about. You will be shown to your room and how to enjoy all of its amenities. You are given privacy and service which I have not experienced in many years of travelling.I will not give away the little touches as this is part of the charm and excitement of staying in this hotel. I 100% recommend this hotel for your next stay and will be returning next time I am back in this...
