This is a good Hotel , clean, modern and excellent with a profesional staff. The only reason I can’t rate as a 5 ⭐️ personally is because the location is far away within walking distance to any public transportation or any restaurant or supermarket very limited so you need to buy everything in the hotel at a higher price but other than this the Hotesl is a great place to stay with very nice Rooms.

The air conditioning was broken, and the room temperature was over 26°C while it was 30°C outside. The staff could only suggest that we either switch rooms or open the window. We changed rooms, but the AC in the new room was also not functioning properly—perhaps because the hotel uses a central AC system. When we went down to the lobby, we noticed several other guests were also complaining about the same issue. We felt sorry for the lobby staff, who had to deal with so many upset guests, while no hotel manager came forward to speak with us. For a hotel under a well-known brand like The Niu and Holiday Inn, it’s quite surprising that an issue like this wasn’t managed quickly and effectively.

On entering the hotel the reception was excellent warm and friendly also very helpful. The room was very clean, comfortable bed and selection of pillows. The bathroom to a high standard very clean good bar area only issue no hot cooked food available in the evenings

Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen. Es hat ein relativ teures Parkhaus und der ÖPNV ist in 10 Minuten per Fuß erreichbar. Uber-Taxis sind schnell zur Stelle. Die Zimmer-Fenster liessen sich nicht öffnen und die Klimaanlage surrte die ganze Nacht, liess sich nicht abstellen. Wer hier nur schlafen will, der dürfte zufrieden sein. Die Zimmer sind sauber, modern und spartanisch eingerichtet. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt O.K.!

An OK choice for overnight stay in Dusseldorf

A brand new budget hotel in a location in an industrial estate close to the airport. It’s only a 1/2km walk to the nearest tram stop. The rooms are very nice but do lack draws or shelves to put clothes (there is a small clothes rail and hangers). The other disappointing thing is we booked a double room but it was two single beds pushed together with single duvets. Other hotels that put two singles together put a mattress topper on the mattresses and gave a large duvet. The bar / breakfast area was nice and airy and the breakfast was good with lots of choice. We would stay there again on our next trip to see the family in Dusseldorf.

We stayed as a family of four, but since there were no large rooms available, we used two double rooms. The hotel is new and overall very clean. As we traveled by car, access to the city center was no problem. It was a hotel with good cost performance.

Ich bin dort zum zweiten Mal, und wenn ich wieder in Düsseldorf sein werde, werde ich dieses Hotel wählen. Das Zimmer ist groß und sauber. Hauskeeping ist täglich und perfekt. Die Leute in der Rezeption sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist wunderbar, nah vom Hauptbahnhof, ruhig und unten gibt's einen Park mit kleinen See. Man kann joggen und das Grün genießen. Wirklich ist es empfehlenswert.

Soms heel veel personeel personeel die weinig of niets doen . het zijn dan ook diegene die u moeilijk in de engelse taal kunnen te woord staan . Er waren wel personeelsleden die hun job uitmuntend en professioneel deden ! Het verblijf is zeer basic , wel propere kamers maar geen kasten om kledij op te bergen , niets van toiletartikelen , enkel een vloeibare zeep aan de muur .
