ich habe den Schlüssel Nr 34 für das Hotel Domo von der Reception im Hotel Mondial abgeholt. Das Zimmer im Hotel Domo konnte ich nicht beziehen, weil es sehr ausladend war. Das Treppenhaus, mit herabgekommener Farbe, primitiv rübergestrichen. Der Aufzug war nicht ausgefegt. Das wäre noch nicht so schlimm gewesen. Ich habe kein Luxus für den Preis erwartet, aber auch der Fensterbank und die Gardinen im Zimmer  Nr 34 waren mit großen Schmutzflecken versehen. Unter diesen Umständen habe ich mich nicht mal getraut auf das Bett zu legen.  Aus diesem Grund habe ich umgehend den Schlüssel zurückgegeben und Unterkunft in einem anderen Hotel gesucht. Ich habe den Mitarbeiter an der Reception Hr. Mulese (phonetisch) gebeten das  Zimmer für andere Interessenten freizuschalten und mir den abgebuchten Preis von meiner Kreditkarte zurück zu erstatten. Er hat sich geweigert. .

UNVERSCHÄMTE PREISABZOCKE

Vorweg - ja, ich habe es selber gebucht, und mich darauf verlassen, dass ich über Expedia günstiger buchen würde. Es war Messe-Zeit und hier hab ich auch Verständnis dafür, dass mehr verlangt wird. Ich habe für 2 Nächte 390 Euro bezahlt, Frühstück war da noch nicht einmal inklusive. An "normalen" Tagen ab 35 Euro!!! Das Zimmer (Toilette am Gang) mit verschmutzten Teppichboden und gleich neben dem Bett die schon ausgeschlagene Fliesen-Dusche. Schwarze Fugen machten es auch nicht attraktiver. Die Wände wahrscheinlich gerade mal 10 cm dick, wenn der Nachbar heim kam hat man geglaubt er kommt bei mir rein. Wurde der Wasserhahn aufgedreht gluckste der Abfluss, und das auch wenn der Nachbar aufdrehte.

Totale Enttäuschung

Nach 4 Stunden Autofahrt hatte ich mich auf mein Hotelzimmer gefreut welches ich mir hier ausgesucht habe.....nach weiteren 30 Minuten Parkplatz suche und 20 minütigen Fußmarsch angekommen musste ich feststellen dass das Hotel geschlossen hatte! Eine Frechheit mich nicht einmal darüber im Vorfeld zu Informieren!!!!! An der Tür war ein fast unscheibarer Zettel mit dem Verweis auf ein anderes Hotel.....Dieses entpuppte sich als absolute Absteige. Fotos können Sie gerne haben. Ich hoffe ich werde diesbezüglich noch entschädigt. Ich warte auf Ihre Reaktion

horrible to find and enter hotel

nothing was there even I could not enter. I reached at hotel entrance 7.30 pm on 27/03/18. I ring bell so many times but no response than they put notice to go other hotel and could not found. I search more than one hour and no one knows that. never choose hotel with advance payment. I lost my one night payment. horribly I get another hotel with additional payment. not recommendable to any one.

walking distance to central main station

close to central main station. Very easy to get to it. Walking is just about 5 minutes. Comes handy when you need to get to the airport Düsseldorf Hotel check in was in a different Hotel Hotel Domo is in not such a nice street. Odd. ON 5th level of a appartment building. A little run down

Preis Leistung "gut"

Wir sind für eine Veranstaltung zu sechst angereist. Preis/Leistungstechnisch vollkommen in Ordnung. Umgebung war das einzige was etwas negativ zu gespielt hatte, jedoch gibt es hierfür nicht zu viel Abzüge, da es auch nah am Bahnhof gelegen ist.

J'essaie de dire quelque chose de positif sur cet hôtel; mais, à part le tarif, je ne peux pas penser à beaucoup ... Tout d'abord, ils ont essayé de me facturer deux fois pour la chambre, qui a été prépayée par hotels.com; Secondaire, la chambre montré initialement n'a pas été nettoyée; Et enfin, je n'ai pas reçu le bon sens dans ma chambre. Je devrais avoir écouté les avis des autres et aller ailleurs ...

Liebe Leitung von ebookers, gestern, d.h. vor etwa 2 Stunden konnte ich meine Buchung(reiseplannummer: 7237378437741) des Hotels dome in Düsseldorf nicht in Anspruch nehmen, als ich gegen 23:30 vor diesem ankam. an der Eingangstür ist zu lesen: man solle zu einem anderen Hotel, das 50 Meter entfernt liegt, gehen und da checks in erledigen. aber da war eben so niemand. ich musste hin und her laufen um Hilfe zu suchen. letztendlich muss ich ein anderes Hotel gegen hohe kosten annehmen. ich bitte der Sache nachzukommen und mir eine zufriedenstellende Erklärung zu geben. sonst würde ich nie mehr bei dir was buchen! mfg Jiqiang Dai

One Night in Düsseldorf...

Für eine Nacht okay. Zentral gelegen. Hotel im 5, 6 Geschoss eines Altbaus. Check in und Frühstück im Hotel gegenüber. Es ist alt und abgewohnt. Leider schafft es das Warmwasser nicht nach oben. Wir hatten negative Außentemperatur. Nach freundlicher Reklamation haben wir die Rückmeldung erhalten. Wir seien die einzigen die diese Probleme hätten und es würde sich für die Information bedankt. Hier hätten wir uns anderes gewünscht.

Hotel montado sobre un edificio antiguo aprovechando los pisos deshabitados. Compleja su distribucion. Estaba limpio por lo que se puede tolerar. Ningun tipo de control porque la recepcion esta en otro hotel Se supera la situacion si has tenido experiencias variadas de todo tipo, pero por el precio, no se puede aceptar.
