Unfortunately, the fitness facility was out of commission which was important to me. The staff was adequate but not exceptional... just not very warm or overly helpful, but that may just be the German culture. Great location... beautiful market across the street, shopping, sightseeing, and food all very walkable. No A/C.

Great hotel. Great location.

Lovely clean, modern hotel in an excellent location. Minutes walk from man restaurants, shops, bars etc. Car park next door if you have a car. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Great hotel in a perfect location

The hotel was selected for the location near the old town and it was an excellent choice. The bedroom and bathroom was large an comfortable with an exceptionally comfortable bed. I had breakfast before leaving which was good value with hot and cold choices available. From the minute I checked in the customer care was perfect, staff were friendly, professional and obliging at reception and the waitress at breakfast. Thanks also to Kim at the reception desk for her exemplary manner and help.

Not a comfortable room

Was uncomfortable sue to the room being so hot. They took out the thermostat to cool off the room. On top of it being hard to sleep because of the heat the Maids are impatient and wont let you sleep in the morning so they can get into the room.

We choice this place for too much money because of the air conditioning. It was there but it did not work, that we find out at 01:00 They promised another room, but never got it. The next morning they told us the airconditioning did not work. Not in one room for a few months already. The bed was bloody hot because of a plastic under cover and the pillows where not stuffed at all. This is not a 4 star. But 3 with a 5 star rate. Also the promised upgrade was not there. Very disappointing…

Local bom. Mas baixa qualidade.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Porém não possui ar condicionado. O que passa batido em estação mais fria mas para nosso caso seria verão e a janela ficou aberta por quase toda estadia mas é muito abafado. Colocaram um ventilador mas era poeira para todo lado. A água de cortesia parecia ser de torneira e a tampa e a garrafa ser de uma garrafa já usada muitas vezes. O banheiro era muito escorregadio e toda água do chuveiro caía no chão do banheiro onde não Tinha nenhum ralo para drenar essa água que passava pela vedação.
